Avant-magoria #10: David Lynch Directed a Nominated Strange Beak, the Blob of Smoke Clangor; the Accordion E Prophetized Persephone, What Laceration Rejoice is in Style

All spectators drink lice
from clarinet brain;
LSD made them whistle
the nightmare song.

  1. Every time I close my doors, its the nightmare song resonating in vowels thru my lipped words, vocalizing in voracious disappointments and breaths that beat the whorish resentment to blackening sleep.

    1. That responds to my work is so deep and very profound in its most beautifully way expressed.

Enjoy the song. As it provokes a sense of uneasiness within the sense of nightmares.

    1. “When the light turns green, you go. When the light turns red, you stop. But what do you do when the light turns blue with orange and lavender spots?”
― Shel Silverstein, A Light in the Attic

Thank you, Yassy. David Lynch movies, short films, and his music all play an LSD fusion of everything in one big pot.

Much like this: You will trip out.

Twin Peaks: The Missing Pieces – Room Above The Convenience Store (Video Clip) HD

      Brace yourself.

        1. That’s David Lynch sparking weird and burst of good vibes. 🙂

Did the video clip trip you out? It did with me…but I love it.

Okay, watch this video by ‘Flying Lotus featuring ‘David Lynch its trippy and will probably spark an idea on your work.

  2. LSD opens the mind’s doors to all thoughts. Good, bad or indifferent, it’s always poignant. Then it goes away when you come down, and only the memory that something existed remains. Might as well drink lice when you’re not high. Then you would remember everything, the entire experience whether sweet or disgusting. Then perhaps the mind would be truly be opened up.

    1. The frequency music does to the writer or artist, scratches through and through
the wired cells in our synapse. When it does so, the experience is euphoric but disturbing nonetheless.

      1. Sweet! Nine ‘ Nails wrapped in Rap with acid.
Didn’t give a fuck.. until day 39.. i may have missed one .
Not giving a fuck days bouncing back and forth.
Thing is you care, but you are angry, and perhaps in pain.

        1. 🙂 So awesome that you enjoyed this band. They’ve been around for a while now and released their new CD 3 months ago. They are truly an underground band that has a huge following and lots of people including journalist have considered this band an important band of the 21st century.

They have 6 albums thus far…and their music is high octave. 🙂

          1. They are very passionate. Passion is lacking in a lot of contemporary music.
They remind me of the Sex Pistols when they came out, but more modern and more angry.
It seems cutting edge music is usually ignored, even ridiculed. So, these guys refuse to be ignored.
I like them and will listen to more!

  3. ……………………….Charlie,

    Thanks for the kindness !

The letters in the title and the letters in the poem
seem like arrivals and departures at a bus station
    readers recognize the letters
but have no clue how they function
(+) everyone is a participant regardless of ticket ownership

you throw around LSD and Dead Sea scrolls
like they have any definition in 2019
if one were to purchase LSD today
it would be an OTC nose drip medicine
    (+) question on the street:
“what is your overall response to fake drugs ?”

I think it was very Simon and Schuster of you
    to mention David Lynch

I suggest that you write a poem
about experiences we had when walking to school
there was a strong degree of carnivalization in our youth
    remember how after summer downpours
one could smell the bodies in the cemetery ?

    1. …………………………………….Michael,

Thank you for your kindness as well!

      I write dead.

      Would you experience LSD
      as recognized clue?

It seems fake – the scroll poem –

      The degree participant,
drugs medicines the ticket nose downpour.
      Like departure David lynch, deaf.

      We are tiny definitions –
random to the overall cloud 9.

      Remember summer arrivals the cemetery;
      in conclusion, carnivalization OTC –
      suggested a ghost graffiti movement.

  4. Charlie, Im twin peaking over this one.
I hope the lynch mob don’t flog that
    alien blob down to hades.
Where Queen Persephone drinks lice tea with Indi movie producer Bob.

    1. Blue Velvet is a masterpiece. But, I can’t say that one because ‘Easerhead’ is still a grand-masterpiece of cinema.

Have you seen Twin Peaks season 3 the return? That is amazing.

      Watch this video:

The Nine Inch Nails in Twin Peaks

Eerie song and it fits so well with NIN being in Twin Peaks.

                1. It’s quite alright.

You know what song really makes me cry.

‘On Melancholy Hill’, there’s something about that song that gets me. It’s a happy melody but the words give off as super sad. Do you feel that way about that song?

                2. Total Marvel Universe Fan however I’ve missed that year and a half my fave has to be iron man for sure, I guess I have a lot of binging to do my favorite villain is Magnito

                3. Yes!!!! I too, am a hardcore Marvel fan since I was little and can remember. Especially reading and owning Marvel comics. Iron Man too, is my favorite superhero. Robert Downey Jr. is and will always be Iron Man. No one can replace him. He owns that character and embodies him perfectly. I’ve been going to every Marvel movie since 2008. And haven’t missed any and still going strong support. Magneto is also my favorite Villain.

Now that Disney owns Fox. Hope we get a good iteration of Magneto in the MCU.

And speaks of Marvel. Did you see the announcements ‘Kevin Feige’ made of Marvel films of phase 4?

                4. No I haven’t I’ve been out of the loop for a while, lol I’m not into the back stage ye cynical stuff really just plop me in front of the screen with a Coke and I’m happy lol

                5. hahahahahahaha!!! Don’t worry. I’ll keep you up to speed yes?

I’m so happy to be friends and talking to a Marvel fan. 🙂

                6. Like my life lol just kidding, a little lol no just kidding, maybe lol really just kidding thanks for reading my work looking forward to your posting tomorrow, Charlie 👍

  5. Hmm… this one makes me visualize a million and one ants crawling over someone… scratching frantically to get them off (picture someone going through withdrawal and can’t stay still)… the room is spinning like crazy, everything’s a blur and there’s a high pitched ringing of chaos in the ears… as if they have a really bad case of tinnitus.

Yes, this description is pretty crazy and probably intense… but this is what I see when I read these words. I don’t know how you do this, but you can evoke some amazing images with so few words, Charlie. This is insanely awesome, my friend. 🙂

    1. Your interpretation is brilliant and you got me thinking. 🙂

I visualize everything you’ve described and I got chills just diving into that chaos of this person going through such.

The way I evoke is by painting something that one has never been seen or read in such a way before.
It challenges the reader to realize the endless possibilities of our own dreams and how frightening sometimes they can be. That is why us writers do what we do to write such emotional, raw, and driven stories to heal people of what we are going through and how they can relate to a degree.

Thank you so much for enjoying this insane work of mine. 🙂

      1. I am so happy I got you thinking with my comment. I was hesitant to leave it, at first, because I didn’t know if it would come off too weird, but that was the image I saw when I read your poem and I instantly thought of the word chaos. I just think it’s amazing how you come up with these poems and you can evoke so many interpretations and images from a few short lines. That’s truly an art and a gift, my friend. You have a fan over here. 🙂

You’re very welcome, Charlie. It’s always a pleasure reading your “insane” work. Lol. 🙂

        1. Like I said before. Whatever your mind interprets or sees beyond the language itself. Don’t be afraid to challenge it. Making people think is the best thing anyone can do.

My mind is all over the place and I love creating and making words sound different and fresh and never the same. 🙂

Your work is a blessing to me and thank you for you always being you. 🙂

          1. Your words are always appreciated on this end, Charlie. Thank you for your encouragement too. I really do appreciate it more than you know. Hope you are doing well my friend. 🙂

  6. Why spectate when you can participate? Immerse yourself within the melody of the surreal song. I watched that David Lynch clip, the stuff that breeds both creativity and nightmares.

    1. Being or participating in the rhythm of the surreal can invoke a hurricane of beautiful and darkness
of nightmares packed into a mason jar. That is the drink of knowledge or, the madness to our truth.

You saw the David Lynch clip? Scary and crazy right? That clip till this day gives me chills but inspires me so much and I go back to re-watch it over and over. The meanings are hidden all over.

      1. “hurricane of beautiful and darkness
of nightmares packed into a mason jar.” – i LOVE this Charlie.
Every time you watch anything of his your mind is expanded and reality is challenged and there is always something new to find. I watch Mulholland drive 3x in a row once and every time was better and better.

  7. …………………….Charlie,

you often speak of a 1000 surviving Siamese twins
who whisper poetic suggestions in your ears

are there 1000 less fortunate heads
    in cryogenic suspension ?

    you speak of Timothy Leary
as if he was your sister’s gangster lover

I enjoy your notion of unforeseen creative possibilities
yes, the true creative freedom of the unforeseen !!!

    1. ………………………………….Michael,

His notion of ear twins –
      we’re suspended in possibilities
      for unforeseen cryogenic,
      for Unforeseen I.

      Timothy Leary
      whispered Poetic suggestions
      towards the Siamese 1,000
and loveless fortunate gangster freedom head!!!
